Phase1 of this prestigious new apartment block on Upper Allen Street, Sheffield, was completed in August 2010 and we were delighted to be commissioned for phase 2. Consisting of a 22 luxury apartments on 4/5 floors the first phase at a cost of £1.95 Million and was completed in 50 weeks.
Phase II completed in July 2011, adding a further 23 apartments at a cost of £1.3M. A basement car park for tenants completes this beautiful development. More Sheffield jobs were saved with this project.
