This refurbishment project involved a considerable liaison with conservation and planning. The listed building which was a solicitor's practise had been empty for a number of years and was in poor condition. Extensive internal demolition took place to form new dental surgeries, waiting rooms, and associated services. A separate retail unit completed the works. Working closely with planners, original plaster cornicing, timber doors, skirtings and features were retained. The practise in the centre of Sheffield offers private dental treatments in luxurious surroundings.
