This exciting scheme consists of refurbishment and extension to an existing building in the heart of Amersham town centre. Pacy & Wheatley together with our partnered architect Coda Design Studios, Sheffield, have been engaged to develop the concept. this will include space usage and functionality of the existing building to meet the towns requirements, planners aspirations and clients brief. The scheme consists of some subdivision of existing units, full strip out and modernisation, together with new build units to the top and side, forming in total 25 one & two bedroom apartments. The Ground floor will be developed into commercial space through remodelling and new build extension totalling some 9000ft including a Gym. The basement car park will be updated to provide a first class modern feel to match that of the development above.
