Cranmer Court is the latest addition for Horizon Healthcare Group. We are delighted to have been chosen to build this new care home following the success of the Keldregate Huddersfield home last year. Cranmer is a 10 bed specialist unit, with separate annex for independent residents. The scheme being constructed in timber frame is under way and expected to complete in 29 weeks in late April 2010.
