A refurbishment project for Lighthouse Healthcare, Ballington House is a specialist 10 bed care home. Our works included the addition of two studios, staff accommodation unit, basement tanking, secondary glazing, interior finishes, M&E and landscaping. This beautiful old building, once the splendid home of a mill manager now provides a superb environment for mental health rehabilitation. Completed February 2011.
