In design our mandate is to maximise energy efficiency; in purchasing we encourage the selection of materials from sustainable sources; in waste management an ethos of reduce, re-use and re-cycle is maintained.
Our people and those engaged as partners are engendered to have an entire respect for the populace, their needs, their property and their surroundings. In ensuring our sites are safe and clean, with a minimum of noise and with due regard to the neighbourhood an agreeable environment will always prevail.
